Desafinados was born from the personal need of its creator, Alan Leites, to produce his own products that connect with his ethical Plant-Based lifestyle. The search for options that respect the planet, aligned with a philosophy of respect for life, is reflected in the name ‘Desafinados’, which embraces the understanding that imperfections can be seen as part of the pursuit of a better life, without failing to enjoy today with what it offers us. It’s like singing a song out of tune and yet seeing the beauty in being alive and singing anyway, even if it’s in the bathroom or just for your dog. It’s about accepting life’s imperfections while continuing to strive to improve it.
